Shipping Policy for Roam Studio.
Thank you for choosing Roam Studio. We strive to provide you with a seamless and efficient shipping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, rates, delivery times, and other relevant information. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this policy.
Key information:
- We deliver to Tauranga and surrounding areas, including Mount Maunganui, Papamoa and Te Puke (roughly up to 15km from Tauranga).
- Delivery is a flat $15 rate for all physical product deliveries. There is no additional charge for pick up orders or gift cards.
- Deliveries must be placed at least two days ahead to ensure that we can source the freshest blooms for your bouquet and be certain that your delivery will arrive on the intended date as we deliver our own bouquets to make sure they are carefully handled. You will receive a notification when your order has been delivered
1. Shipping Methods and Rates
1.1 Domestic Shipping:
We currently offer shipping to Tauranga and surrounding areas, including Mount Maunganui, Papamoa and Te Puke (roughly up to 15km from Tauranga). Shipping is a flat $15 rate for all physical product deliveries. There is no additional charge for pick up orders or gift cards. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
2. Order Processing and Fulfilment
2.1 Processing Time:
We aim to fulfil orders as accurately and as close to the desired delivery date as possible. Orders can typically be processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may vary. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
2.2 Delivery Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that you provide us with accurate and complete delivery information during the checkout process. We are not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
3. Shipment Tracking
3.1 Tracking:
Once your order has been placed, we will provide you with email order confirmation and updates on your delivery including confirmation of delivery. You can visit the order status page to see the up-to-date status of your purchase.
4. Delivery Times
4.1 Estimated Delivery Times:
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. Delivery date options will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that these are estimated times and not guaranteed delivery dates. Factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen logistical issues, may impact the actual delivery time.
5. International Shipping
5.1 Availability:
At present, we only offer domestic shipping within New Zealand, specifically in Tauranga and surrounding towns (within roughly 30 kilometres). We do not offer international shipping. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
6. Delivery Issues and Support
6.1 Non-Delivery:
In the rare event that your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution.
6.2 Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or with any defects, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Once we have assessed the situation, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a suitable resolution, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
